FITNESS WITH RENEE

Welcome to my Workouts.
Now let me start off by saying I am not, I repeat, NOT a trainer by any means. But I have always had a huge passion for fitness. Fitness has been in my life since I was a wee lad (Outlander reference... any Outlander fans out there yah yah) lol. But in all seriousness I played lots of sports growing up, such as... Volleyball, basketball, track & field ext and I loved getting involved in any activities I could get my hands onto. 
After graduating high school I released I was going to have to keep up my fitness somehow now that I was in college and i didn't have much time to join a sports team since my school work took up most of my time. So i started working out in the gym about 3 times a week.
Now that I have graduated and since bought my own house and started working full time as a dental assistant, plus full time in my side hustle, I decided to get up every morning at 5AM to start my day off with a workout.

At HOME workout in 10 Mins!!!!

This video i made for people that just can't get out of the house as much as you try. Whether you are a stay at home mom, work from home, or just don't want to leave the house today. This is a great workout in about 10 minutes. 

Don't be afraid to take a few breathers if needed.
