The most amazing batter anyone has tasted. This is the cake batter i make for every single cake I make. I get so many compliments on this.
1 box of white cake mix (betty crocker)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups water
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1tsp almond extract
1 cup sour cream
4 egg whites
Preheat oven to 325 F
Combine flour, sugar, salt in a medium size bowl. Mix together.
Combine water, vegetable oil, vanilla, almond extract, sour cream and egg whites together.
Combine both bowls together.
If you have an electric mixer, turn it on medium speed until everything is smooth.
For determining the time, I always go off of the Betty Crocker box for the size of pan or for cupcakes.
