1 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 package of semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
1. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray non-stick cooking spray for easy removal.
2. Place 1 layer of crackers on pan.
3. In a medium saucepan, put butter, brown sugar on medium heat. (make sure not to burn, don't stop whisking) Once it starts to bowl and everything is complete melted, pour onto crackers evenly.
4. Place in oven for 5 mins.
5. Take out of oven, evenly place chocolate chips on crackers. Let melt.
6. Once chocolate is melts, use knife or spoon to spread evenly.
7. Place pan in fridge for about 1-2 hours.
8. Take out of fridge, break pieces.
9. ENJOY!!
